UK Returns Procedure

This returns procedure is for goods purchased in the UK from the Convenience website.
Faulty or damaged goods can be returned for full credit or replacement, email us atenquires@convenienceproducts.co.uk. or telephone us on+44 (0) 1686 610771. You may return unwanted goods for credit within seven working days of receipt for full credit to your original payment method.

Only returned items with a supplied Returns Authorisation Number will be accepted.

Complete the Returns Note on the back of the packing slip and repack the goods securely. Fix the supplied returns label onto the front of the package.
It is in your interest to obtain Proof of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address without it.
On receipt of the goods we will credit the original payment method with the value of the returned goods. Full credit will only be given if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition with all packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the goods are not in saleable condition.

Goods
Specifications on this website of the goods to be sold may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance. All of our products are certified to conform to the CE (Conformité Européenne / European Conformity) Marking Directive by independent accredited test laboratories.

Availability
Goods are generally available when the In Stock indicator is shown. If for any reason an item is out of stock, then we will only ship the available goods and your payment method will be debited with the value of the despatched goods rather than the whole order value. We do not operate a back order system, therefore the balance of your order will automatically be cancelled. We will not supply substitute products without contacting you first.

Prices
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT which may be payable by you. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges. All prices may vary. Customers and not ChemLabs Limited are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in their own country.

Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full. Payment is automatically authorised online, but we will not debit your payment method until the goods are shipped from our premises.

Delivery
Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Returns
ChemLabs Limited wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order ChemLabs Limited will refund the value of the goods supplied provided that you first notify us of your intention to cancel using the procedure outlined and providing that the goods, together with the original invoice, are returned to ChemLabs Limited in perfect condition to the address specified on the invoice within seven working days after the day of delivery. A certificate of posting should be obtained as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of goods to our address without it.

Right to Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.
